Transportation fees include: $85.00 flat fee + $2.25mi + tolls & fees.
Membership pricing is: $175/$150mo, or $300/$275mo based upon storage type
The first invoice will be sent consecutively on the first of each month unless other arrangements have been made.
Payment terms are 15 days and are subject to a 3% late fee following 15 days.
All credit card transactions will incur a 3% fee.

Motorcycle Storage Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement This Motorcycle Storage Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between RideHVMC LLC (“Provider”), located at 25300 Rice Rd, Desert Center, California 92239, and the undersigned individual (“Customer”) for the purpose of outlining terms and liabilities associated with motorcycle storage and related services. 1. Acknowledgment of Risk The Customer acknowledges that motorcycle storage, transportation, maintenance, or any related activities inherently involve risks, which may include, but are not limited to, theft, damage, natural events, or other unforeseen incidents. The Customer willingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks related to personal property, including motorcycles and associated parts and accessories, while they are in the care or premises of RideHVMC LLC. 2. Release and Waiver of Liability The Customer hereby agrees to release, waive, and discharge RideHVMC LLC, along with its owners, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liability for loss, damage, or injury to personal property during storage, transportation, or servicing. This release includes, but is not limited to, any claims for negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by RideHVMC LLC. 3. Indemnity Agreement The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RideHVMC LLC from any claims, lawsuits, damages, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with the storage, transportation, or servicing of the Customer's motorcycle or any other personal property, except where due to gross negligence or willful misconduct by RideHVMC LLC. 4. Insurance Requirements The Customer agrees to maintain comprehensive insurance coverage on all stored motorcycles and property for the duration of the storage period, including but not limited to liability, theft, and damage coverage. 5. Conditions of Storage The Customer agrees to adhere to all facility rules and regulations while using RideHVMC LLC’s storage services. RideHVMC LLC reserves the right to remove, relocate, or handle stored motorcycles as necessary for operational purposes, including but not limited to, ensuring safety and facility management needs. 6. Personal Property Insurance The Customer understands that RideHVMC LLC does not provide insurance coverage for stored motorcycles or personal items within. It is the Customer’s responsibility to maintain adequate insurance for all personal property stored on RideHVMC LLC’s premises. 7. Termination Clause Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice provided 30 days in advance. Upon termination, the Customer must remove all personal property, including motorcycles, from the premises within the specified notice period. If the Customer fails to remove stored items within this timeframe, RideHVMC LLC reserves the right to remove and relocate such items at the Customer’s expense, subject to applicable laws. Any fees accrued up until the termination date will remain the responsibility of the Customer. 8. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between RideHVMC LLC and the Customer. No oral or written representations outside of this document shall modify or impact the terms herein. By submitting this form and electronically signing below you agree to all terms outlined above.
