The SHop Sign Up Waiver

This is a sign-up form, agreement, and liability waiver.

• Drop-off / pick-up at Hudson Valley Motorcycle available.

• Transportation fees include: $85.00 flat fee + $2.25mi + tolls & fees.

• Membership pricing is: $175/$150mo, or $300/$275mo based upon storage type

• The first invoice will be sent consecutively on the first of each month unless other arrangements have been made.

• Payment terms are 15 days and are subject to a 3% late fee following 15 days.

• All credit card transactions will incur a 3% fee.

• Invoices will be sent via email or text message.
